What do we expect from you?
- At least 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in finance, IT, or software development
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills to identify problems, propose effective solutions, and ensure accuracy
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
- Basic understanding of software testing principles and proper issue documentation
